The 35-year-old was admitted to hospital by ambulance after being taken ill at his home suffering from breathing problems.

But after undergoing a chest X-ray, an electrocardiogram and a blood flow scan, Perrett was given the all-clear.

Perrett missed Saturday's 2-1 defeat against Southend as a result.
