Khalilou Fadiga faces more time on the sidelines |
Bolton's Khalilou Fadiga has been ruled out of action for the rest of the season after rupturing a tendon in his knee during the 1-1 draw with Wigan. The Senegal midfielder twisted his knee after 23 minutes of the game while attempting to pass the ball and had to be stretchered off the pitch.
Wanderers manager Sam Allardyce said: "I'm very disappointed for Khali.
"He was controlling the game up to that point and to lose him for the rest of the season is a massive blow."
