Blackpool midfielder Charlie Adam has been named the Championship player of the month for January.
The 24-year-old scored four times in five league games to win the award.
Cardiff's Peter Whittingham, Nottingham Forest's Chris Cohen and Garry Thompson of Scunthorpe were also shortlisted for the monthly prize.
Swindon striker Billy Paynter won the League One award after scoring five goals in four games, while the League Two gong went to Bury's Ryan Lowe.
The former Chester forward scored twice during the month and helped the Shakers pick up 10 points from a possible 12.
