A number of consortiums have contacted the trustees over the last three years including one fronted by ex-JJB Sports chief Chris Ronnie, and another based in Iceland.

Meanwhile, Allardyce has urged Prime Minister David Cameron to change the government's tax policy because he believes it is hampering Blackburn's search for a new striker.
When asked about involvement in the transfer market, the Rovers manager replied: "We have tried very, very hard over the last eight weeks and had many, many disappointments.
"Most of the time it boils down to net salaries that people are asking for and the 50% tax bracket in this country.
"If Cameron is listening, drop the tax bracket will you? Then we can get the best players in the world to play in the best league in the world."
Allardyce, who labelled the World Cup "boring," added that changes need to be made to stop players deciding not to play in the Premier League.
"We might find out that the Premier League is going to suffer by the fact that players can go elsewhere in Europe and get bigger salaries because they are paying less tax," he warned.
