Allardyce became Blackburn manager in December 2008
Blackburn manager Sam Allardyce has revealed he is unlikely to make any moves for new players during the January transfer window.
Rovers spent over £11m during the summer, including £6m on Nikola Kalinic from Hadjuk Split and a further £3.5m on Marseille's Gael Givet.
"Our window is shut," Allardyce told BBC Radio Lancashire.
"We will focus only on the team we've got here and the players we've got here and try to keep them fit."
"If something pops up then we'll try and do a bit of business," said Allardyce. "But if nothing occurs then I'm quite happy with carrying on with what I've got.
Republic of Ireland international Steven Reid will return to Ewood Park after Queens Park Rangers decided against extending his loan deal.
The 28-year-old midfielder joined the Championship club in November in order to gain match fitness after he recovered from the latest in a series of injuries.
But after manager Jim Magilton's departure from Loftus Road, Reid will now rejoin Rovers in time for their Christmas programme.
