Blackburn Rovers goalkeeper Jason Brown has signed a three-year contract extension to keep him at Ewood Park until the summer of 2011. The 25-year-old Wales international is currently back-up to first choice keeper Brad Friedel.
Brown impressed during a rare appearance last season, saving a Svetoslav Todorov penalty after coming off the bench against Wigan.
He joined Rovers from Gillingham in June 2006 after a spell at Charlton.
