Birmingham forward Garry O'Connor was delighted to end his injury nightmare with the clinching goal in Monday's 2-0 derby win over Wolves.
The Scotland international netted his first goal since October after four months out with a groin injury.
"I'm delighted, it's been coming for a long time, it was massive," the 25-year-old told BBC WM.
"It was huge to get the second goal, especially down to 10 men - I think that killed Wolves a little bit."
The former Hibernian striker believes that Blues' best chance of securing automatic promotion back to the Premier League is to target the Championship title, with the gap to Wolves now only two points with five games remaining.
For me we should go on and we should win the league

"The way we're playing at the moment we've got one of the best teams in the league," said the former Lokomotiv Moscow forward.
"For me, we should go on and we should win the league. There's five games left and we need to really push-on and capitalise on this win if we want to be the Champions."
O'Connor's seventh goal of the season gives boss Alex McLeish a selection headache for Saturday's trip to Charlton.
The former Scotland manager has a full hand of strikers to choose from, including O'Connor, Kevin Phillips, Cameron Jerome, Marcus Bent and James McFadden.
