Birmingham City midfielder Medhi Nafti will miss the next two weeks with a hamstring injury.
Nafti was substituted 30 minutes into Saturday's win at Southampton and a subsequent scan has shown a slight tear in his muscle.
"It's a very small tear and it's clinically not bad," Blues boss Alex McLeish told the club's website.
"It's high up on his hamstring where the muscle meets the tendon and it's a blow to us."
Nafti scored his first senior goal for Blues in their recent win at Wycombe in the Carling Cup and his absence will leave McLeish lshort in midfield.
The Blues boss is still without Damien Johnson and recent loan signing Kemy Agustien, who is recovering from a hernia operation.
