Barrow return for Carlisle United striker Andy Cook
Cook netted three goals in four matches for Barrow last term
Carlisle United striker Andy Cook has joined Blue Square Bet Premier side Barrow on a one-month loan deal.
Cook, 19, returns to Holker Street having scored three goals in four games during last season's loan before a foot injury forced an early return.
"It's an ideal move as it keeps him playing football and hopefully scoring," United boss Greg Abbott said.
"He's done well in pre-season but this will give him regular first team football with a competitive edge."
Cook added: "He enjoyed his loan spell with them last season and we know that Darren [Sheridan] and Dave [Bayliss] will look after him well."
The teenager, who also spent time with Blue Square North outfit Workington Reds, signed a one-year extension to his contract at Carlisle in June.
Meanwhile, the Bluebirds will include former Swindon Town and Rotherham left-back Andrew Nicholas in their side for Saturday's friendly against Bolton.
