Adomah (centre) is entering the final year of his Barnet contract
Barnet manager Ian Hendon is desperate to hold on to winger Albert Adomah.
The 21-year-old has impressed since moving to Underhill from non-league Harrow Borough in January 2008.
And Hendon told BBC London 94.9: "If a realistic offer was to come in for Albert (Adomah) or John (O'Flynn) then something might happen.
"[But] from a manager's point of view I don't want to lose players like that, but it's my job to replace them and I'm out there looking all the time."
Adomah and last season's top scorer John O'Flynn are both entering the final year of their contracts, and the club risks losing them for nothing if they refuse to sign a new deal.
Adomah was transfer listed last year, with several Championship clubs rumoured to be chasing him but nothing materialised at the time.
And Hendon has confirmed he has yet to receive a firm offer for the player.
If people think they're going to get Albert Adomah for peanuts, I can assure you that's not going to happen

"There's not [been an official offer]. There has been interest - but if people think they're going to get Albert Adomah for peanuts, I can assure you that's not going to happen," he said.
Meanwhile, veteran striker Paul Furlong has signed a new one-year contract, having ended last season on loan at Barnet from Southend.
The 40-year-old has been training with the club in pre-season whilst deciding on whether to spend another year in professional football.
Hendon is one of the few managers in the country who is younger than one of his players - by three years.
He praised Furlong's attitude and professionalism in keeping himself fit over the summer.
"He is unbelievable, all the lads got weighed at the end of last season and went on holiday - 'Furz' came back under weight," he said.
"There's nothing on him, he's so fit but credit to him. He works hard when he trains, away from football he lives his life right and he's getting his reward for it on the pitch."
