Barnet captain Lee Harrison believes the club's conduct towards referees may have helped their League Two form.
The Bees recently decided only the skipper could talk to the official as a fine loomed for indiscipline.
Harrison told BBC London 94.9: "It's working brilliantly. It was a selfish reason to do it but it seems it's been taken on everywhere.
"We have gone on a 10-game unbeaten run, so we have been doing well and maybe it is working."
