Barnet have completed the signing of 26-year-old striker Cliff Akurang from Blue Square Premier side Histon for an undisclosed fee. The move had been agreed by the two clubs before Christmas, and formally went through on 1 January with the opening of the transfer window.
The ex-Thurrock, Heybridge and Dagenham & Redbridge man had scored 10 goals in 19 league games for Histon.
He made his Bees debut in the 0-0 draw at Wycombe on New Year's Day.
