| Tuesday, 26 November, 2002, 11:52 GMT Keown makes comeback
The England international, who has been out of action for two months with a hamstring injury, played for 60 minutes. The 36-year-old's comeback is a timely boost for the Gunners as fellow centre-back Sol Campbell is facing a ban after being sent off at Southampton on Saturday. "My hamstring felt okay out there and it has not given me any problems for two or three weeks now," said Keown. Campbell will miss the showdown with Manchester United at Old Trafford on 7 December and Keown has set his sights on being in the Arsenal line-up. "The Manchester United game is a definite possibility, without doubt. I am hungry for it and I am up for it. I just need things to go my way for a change," Keown added. |
