Aldershot boss Gary Waddock has told striker Kirk Hudson he must not rest on his laurels.
The 21-year-old scored twice in the FA Cup first-round replay at Rotherham on Monday to set a tie up with Millwall.
Waddock told BBC Southern Counties Radio: "It's no good doing it every so often, he has to be consistent,
"If he doesn't perform he'd better look over his shoulder, that's not a threat it's just trying to get the best out of Kirk Hudson."
Waddock added: "He's got to perform consistently, when he does that he'll scare the life out of defenders because his pace and ability is there for everybody to see."
