Aldershot Town have completed the signing of defender Rhys Day. The 23-year-old Welsh centre-back moves from Mansfield Town, where he was one of eight players released by boss Peter Shirtliff in early May.
Day began his career at Mancehster City, but did not play for their first team, and had a loan spell at Blackpool in the 2001/02 season.
He joined Mansfield in 2003 after an initial loan spell, and made over 100 league appearances for the Stags.
