By Thomas McGuigan

2204: Phew, as the dust settles on another action-packed evening of SPL action, Celtic have extended their lead at the top of the table to four points with a convincing win over Kilmarnock.

Old Firm rivals Rangers couldn't find a winner as Motherwell pushed them all the way at Fir Park.

Craig Levein's Dundee United continue their superb run - 10 games undefeated - with a convincing win over a lacklustre Hibs.

Hearts enjoy maximum points, if not the satisfaction of their fans, with a nervy home win over Hamilton Accies.

Csaba Laszlo's side leapfrog Aberdeen and move up to fourth spot in the table.

And Inverness come back from a goal down to draw with Falkirk.

As always, thanks for your company tonight. Can it be only three days until we jump on the SPL merry-go-round once again for more of the same?

See ya!

2203: "Apart from Celtic, who are marginally better, Dundee Utd are right up there. They have proved that, on a 'level playing field', they're equal to Rangers time and again. So, it begs the question, why no Robertson, Conway or Wilkie in the Scotland side?" Solweb1945 on My Sport
