Collins and Gabbidon back for Wales' Euro 2012 campaign
Toshack has expressed concerns about the fitness of Collins and Gabbidon
James Collins and Danny Gabbidon have returned to the Wales squad for the Euro 2012 qualifying campaign that starts in Montenegro on 3 September.
Manager John Toshack expressed concerns about the fitness of the pair when he left them out of last week's 5-1 friendly victory over Luxembourg.
Millwall striker Steve Morison makes the cut for the Podgorica game after winning his first cap last week.
Midfielder Andy Dorman returns after being left out of the last squad.
Gareth Bale, Darcy Blake, Dave Edwards, Simon Church and Ched Evans are also back after withdrawing from the squad for the Luxembourg match in Llanelli.
Lewin Nyatanga, Sam Vokes, Aaron Ramsey and Jack Collison remain on the injury list.
We've had a few false dawns here over the years
John Toshack on his striker options
West Ham centre-back Gabbidon has been hampered by a succession of groin problems in recent seasons but is now beginning another comeback attempt after successful surgery in the summer.
The 30-year-old has not played competitive football since April but was on the bench for the Hammers' Premier League opener at Aston Villa on Saturday.
Gabbidon last played for his country in last November's friendly victory over Scotland.
Aston Villa centre-back Collins - Gabbidon's former team-mate at West Ham and Cardiff - has missed Wales' last two outings.
The Aston Villa defender pulled out of the trip to Croatia in May to attend the birth of his child and did not feature last week due to a calf injury.
He was also unable to play in Villa's 3-0 win over West Ham and is not with the squad for Thursday's Europa League qualifier at Rapid Vienna, but Toshack wants his experience in the squad.
Striker Morison impressed Toshack against Luxembourg at Parc y Scarlets and now gets his chance as Wales try to win a place at the 2012 championships in Poland and Ukraine.
Millwall striker Steve Morison made his Wales debut against Luxembourg
"He gave us a presence in attack that regarding the future was interesting," said the Wales boss.
"We've had a few false dawns here over the years. The number nine has been a big, big problem for us.
"Although he didn't score [against Luxembourg] his presence was important while the others flitted around him and he can be pleased with his debut.
"The fact that Steve Morison has come in is one of the most positive things of all [about the Luxembourg win]."
After the Euro 2012 opener at the Gradski Stadium, Wales welcome Bulgaria to Cardiff City Stadium on 8 October before travelling to Switzerland four days later.
Their first match with their other Group G opponents, England, is on 26 March.
