The Welsh have been dealt a Euro boost as star striker Stevan Jovetic will miss Montenegro's opening 2012 European Championship qualifier with Wales.
The Fiorentina forward has been ruled out for six months after suffering a cruciate knee ligament injury in pre-season that will require surgery.
Jovetic scored in Montenegro's 2-1 win over Wales last August and will miss their Euro 2012 opener in 3 September.
The £7.3m man has scored six goals in 13 caps for Montenegro's national team.
