Robbie Savage now plays for Blackburn Rovers |
Controversial midfielder Robbie Savage has launched another blistering attack on Wales manager John Toshack. The pair fell out in 2005 when Toshack informed Savage he was no longer part of his plans for the national side.
And Savage insists Wales are now even further away from qualifying for a major international tournament.
"There's more chance of me flying Concorde to the moon blindfolded than there is of him taking Wales to the South African World Cup," he said.

Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper he added: "John Toshack told us to judge him after the European qualifying games. The truth is we have gone a long way backwards.
"I do hope he doesn't start the 'we'll make it to South Africa' stuff because that would be utterly ridiculous and we all know it."
Wales face Slovakia at 1730 BST on Wednesday, having lost to Germany 2-0 on Saturday.
Their hopes of qualifying for the European Championships are effectively over.
And Blackburn Rovers midfielder Savage believes Wales have gone backwards under Toshack's management.
"I do hope we aren't going to get a load of stuff about how Wales will qualify for South Africa," he said.

"It's not going to happen and as a Wales fan I'm as dejected as the rest of the nation.
"Only 25,000 turned up for a qualifier against one of the world's best teams - that tells you everything."
Savage feels it is time for a change and, although he admits his own international career is over, he reckons that his former international team-mate and current Real Sociedad manager Chris Coleman should get the job.
He said: "I think the time has come to make a change at the top and Chris Coleman has to be a candidate.
"He did well at Fulham and is a young man with ideas. We need that because we can't go on as we are."
