Kevin Braniff scores a spectacular strike to give Portadown the points at Stangmore Park
Portadown secured their first win of the Premiership season thanks to Kevin Braniff's superb strike early in the second half at Stangmore Park.
In the 48th minute Braniff received a Richard Clarke pass and curled a beauty past Dungannon keeper Sean O'Neill from the edge of the penalty area.
Braniff could have had another but his shot struck the base of a post.
Dungannon had Niall Henderson sent-off in the 83rd minute for a late challenge on Henry McStay.
