Former Glentoran and Dungannon Swifts winger David Scullion is returning to the Irish League with Coleraine.

After leaving the Glens in February 2009, 26-year-old Scullion played for Derry City and then had a spell in Australia with Richmond Eagles.

He is Bannsiders boss David Platt's third major signing of the summer following Crusaders defender Aaron Black and Linfield's Johnny Harkness.

"Scullion knows what is required to play in the Premiership," said Platt.

"I have admired him for some time and he will give us options up front."
