Tommy Wright has added to his defensive options at New Grosvenor

Lisburn Distillery have signed Gareth McConaghie from Championship club Limavady United.

The 22-year-old defender played under New Grosvenor boss Tommy Wright while both were at Ballymena United.

"It is going to be hard work breaking into the first team, but it is a challenge I am looking forward to," McConaghie told the News Letter.

"I know Tommy from the Ballymena days and he is a manager I enjoy working under - I'm looking forward to it."
