A Neil McCafferty penalty gives Dungannon Swifts a 2-1 win over Institute.
Neil McCafferty's penalty helped Dungannon edge out Institute in the Carling Premiership clash.
Ryan McIlmoyle fired the Swifts ahead in the first minute after Declan Divin failed to clear a McCafferty corner.
However, Divin levelled on seven minutes with a superb lob over Swifts keeper Alvin Rouse.
Timmy Adamson missed four Dungannon chances but McCafferty hammered in his penalty on 61 minutes after Thomas Wray's challenge on McIlmoyle.
Injury-hit Institute were forced to start without Paul Brown, Jason Blackburn, Mark Scoltock and Ruairi Boyle, who was injured in the pre-match warm-up.
'Stute got off to the worst possible start when McIlmoyle hammered his left-foot shot to the net in the opening minute.
Divin equalised within six minutes as he pounced to lob home.
Adamson missed four chances before the break and 'Stute goalkeeper Gavin Cullen came to his side's rescue twice in the third quarter.
However Dungannon's pressure was finally translated into another goal as McCafferty slotted his fourth penalty of the season.
Austin Friel wasted a late chance for Institute and the Londonderry side's woe was completed by Divin being carried off with a leg injury.
