Michael Carvill scored twice in Linfield's win over Newry on Saturday

Two of Saturday's Carling Premiership matches have been postponed because of international call-ups.

They are Linfield's game at Lisburn Distillery and the match between Glentoran and Crusaders at the Oval.

Crusaders central defender Colin Coates is in Northern Ireland's panel for the World Cup qualifier in Poland.

Linfield's Philip Lowry and Robert Garrett, and Martin Donnelly of Crusaders are in the Under-21 squad for a match against the Czech Republic.

The European Under-21 qualifier is in Jablonec on Friday and Northern Ireland then take on Iceland at the Coleraine Showgrounds on Tuesday.

Northern Ireland will be playing their first game in the group against a Czech team that has already clinched two opening wins over Iceland and San Marino.
