Haveron is likely to be out of action until at least Christmas

Ballymena United defender Gary Haveron will be out of action for several months after breaking a leg for the second time in eight months.

Haveron suffered the injury in Tuesday's 3-2 Carling Premiership defeat by Coleraine.

The centre-back's break is in the same place as the injury he sustained last December against Bangor.

Ballymena manager Roy Walker expects the defender to be ruled out until around Christmas.
