Goalkeeper Gavin Cullen has joined Newry Town on loan

Institute have signed goalkeeper Gavin Cullen on a one-year contract.

The 28-year-old joins the Drumahoe club from Finn Harps after finalising terms with Institute manager John Gregg.

Cullen began his Irish League career with Omagh Town and also had a spell on loan with Newry City but will now return to the Carling Premiership.

"We have received international clearance for Gavin and we are pleased to have him on board - we believe he will be a great signing," said Gregg.
