Glenavon moved up to ninth place in the JJB Sports Premiership thanks to a deserved home success over Ballymena.
Neil Taggart gave Ballymena the lead with a thumping shot from the edge of the box from David Cushley's pass.
Glenavon equalised in the 77th minute when Paul Carvill's corner was headed in by an unmarked Willo McDonagh.
Marty Quinn's men secured a fourth successive home win when James Costello scored the winner from a Trevor Molloy pass 10 minutes from time.
Glenavon will finish in eighth place if they win their final match away to Newry City.
