Two goals from Chris Morgan earned Newry City the draw which keeps them three points ahead of bottom-placed Dungannon Swifts.
Dungannon took the lead in the 19th minute when Neil McCafferty scored from a penalty which had been awarded for hand-ball against Richard Clarke.
Morgan equalised from close-range after Cullen Feeney's flick-on.
Conor Forker went through to make it 2-1 but Morgan pounced with his second just a couple of minutes from time.

During the first half, Newry manager Gerry Flynn was ordered from the dug-out by referee David Malcolm.
Ryan McIlmoyle was sent-off in the final minute of the game.
"I just asked him a question. There was no foul or abusive language," said Flynn.
"It was quite comical and when you are getting sent-off for something so petty it is getting embarrassing from the referee's point of view."
