Cliftonville's poor start to the JJB Sports Premiership season continued at Mourneview Park on Saturday.

The Reds dominated the game and were also out of luck with Kieran O'Connor and Rory Hamill hitting the woodwork before Glenavon took a suprise lead.

Willo McDonagh netted on 43 minutes with a downward header from a Trevor Molloy free-kick.

Glenavon keeper Robert Robinson kept out Chris Scannell's shot in the second half while O'Connor headed over.
