Darren Stirling (two), Craig McMillen, Darren Fitzgerald and Paul Dickson were on target for Ards while DC's Davy Munster and Liam Bradley were sent off.
McMillen put Ards ahead on four minutes and Stirling added the second 19 minutes later.
Fitzgerald struck the third goal from the penalty spot on 57 minutes and Munster was sent off seconds later for remonstrating with the match referee.
Dickson added the fourth on 71 minutes and after Bradley's dismissal for a second yellow card on 76 minutes, Donegal Celtic's dismal night was topped off by Stirling's second goal in injury-time.
