Bangor came from two goals down to mark their return to the Irish League's top flight with a win at Clandeboye Park.

Paul Brown scored a 20th-minute penalty after Andrew Plummer fouled Philip Lowry and then netted another spot-kick on 48 after Neil Harkin was fouled.

Andrew Cleary took advantage of a mistake by Michael Doherty to score on 52 and David Irvine then slid the ball under Doherty to equalise after 72.

Noel Anderson drilled home the winner in the final minute of the game.

Substitute Cleary fouled Harkin for Institute's second penalty.
