Gary Liggett stroked the ball home in the 90th minute to secure a late victory for Ronnie McFall's side. Aime Koudou put the Ports ahead after 17 minutes but Aaron Black equalised from the pemalty spot on 21 minutes after Glen Hand had been fouled.
Anthony Lagan and Hand both went close for the home side after the break as Larne dominated but it was Liggett who applied the finishing touch.
The striker pounced after a parry by visiting goalkeeper David Miskelly.
