The striker broke the deadlock on 35 minutes, scored from Michael Halliday's square ball on 45 and again from David Scullion's square pass in added time.

Colin Nixon scored when left unmarked six yards out a minute after the break and three minutes later new signing Daryl Fordyce got in on the act.

Scullion completed the rout by heading home on 87 minutes and earlier Hamilton and Kyle Neill had hit the woodwork.
