Cliftonville will begin their defence of the County Antrim Shield against north Belfast neighbours Newington YC. Linfield will face Harland and Wolff Welders for the second year in succession, having won 6-0 last season.
Glentoran will host Comber Rec while Lisburn Distillery play East Belfast and Larne will entertain Ards.
Donegal Celtic face Glebe Rangers, Crusaders are at home to Brantwood and Ballymena United play Orangefield OB. Ties are to be played on 28 August.
