George McMullan's injury-time goal earned Cliftonville a 1-1 Carnegie Irish League draw against improving Limavady at the Showgrounds. Eamon Doherty nodded Limavady ahead in the first minute and he was close to adding a second five minutes later.
Cliftonville improved after half-time but McMullan saw his goalbound effort cleared off the line.
Vincent Sweeney then hit the Reds woodwork before McMullan hammered in Cliftonville's 94th minute equaliser.
Limavady, after two recent wins, started impressively with former Derry City captain Doherty nodding Stephen Lowry's free-kick past John Connolly.
Doherty went close to heading a second five minutes later but he directed Sweeney's cross just wide.
Sweeney had a chance to extend Limavady's lead but from a tight angle, he blasted the ball over the bar.
Cliftonville improved in the 15 minutes before the break without creating a decent chance.
After the break, Ryan McCready had a chance to extend Limavady's lead but he delayed his shot and Aaron Smith got in a vital block.
Cliftonville pressed hard for an equaliser but McMullan's effort was cleared off the line in the 83rd minute.
As gaps began to appear in the Cliftonville defence, Sweeney then hit the Reds woodwork but the north Belfast club's persistence was rewarded by McMullan's late strike.
