Glentoran manager Paul Millar has signed Longford Town midfielder Dean Fitzgerald until the end of the season. The 30-year-old former Portadown player will join his new colleagues this week but will not play until the January transfer window officially opens.
The Oval boss is hopeful that the arrangement can be extended beyond the end of the current campaign.
Fitzgerald, who spent three years with the Ports, will travel from Dublin with team-mate Willo McDonagh.
