Crusaders kept up the pressure on leaders Glentoran with a fine away win. David Larmour scored with a diving header from Stephen Shaw's left wing cross on 12 minutes and Shaw fired in a right foot shot from 30 yards after 55.
Kyle McVey pulled one back on 67 after Neil Armstrong dropped a cross but Colin Coates netted the third on 70.
John Watt, Tommy McCallion and Davy Patton were off target for Coleraine and Colin Beggs and Shaw wasted chances to score more for the visitors.
Davy O'Hare smothered Beggs' effort and Shaw sliced a shot wide.
