Darren Lockhart celebrates his early goal for Glentoran |
Glentoran lost their 100% record in the Carnegie Premier League as Donegal Celtic skipper Michael McClean snatched a late equaliser at the Oval. The Glens had led from the fifth minute thanks to a strike from Darren Lockhart who ran on to a long through ball to shoot past keeper Declan Brown.
But the leaders failed to add to their advantage and were made to pay by a revitalised DC outfit.
McClean beat Elliott Morris from over 20 yards out for a deserved equaliser.
Donegal Celtic were the more committed side in the second half while Glentoran looked a bit jaded and failed to create any chances after the break.
