Lisburn Distillery edged out Larne for a place in the last eight of the CIS Cup by getting the draw they required at Inver Park. Larne's Paul Kearney had the best effort of the first half which required a superb save from Philip Matthews.
Pedro Delgado put the home side ahead in the 53rd minute after good work by Chris O'Hare.
However, Conor Hagan levelled for Distillery 12 minutes later and John Martin then hit the Larne crossbar.
Lisburn Distillery will travel to Cliftonville in the quarter-finals.
