Kevin Kelbie grabbed a brace to salvage a point for the Sky Blues. Paul Murphy tipped over a Stephen Parkhouse effort and Gordon Simms shot wide before Paul Brown headed in from an Austin Friel corner on 13 minutes.
Parkhouse netted from a Ryan Semple cross on 19 but striker Kelbie finished from 12 yards out after 31 minutes.
Stephen Lowry equalised from close range on 34, Martin Cuttmore drilled in a low free-kick on 38 but Kelbie headed in an Andrew Rosbotham free-kick on 70.
Alan Ryan saved from a Brown header while Vincent Sweeney had a chance to seal the points for Limavady.
