Institute slipped back into the relegation play-off place when they fell at home to Lisburn Distillery. Paul Kirk's in-form Whites took the lead at Drumahoe through a penalty on 72 minutes.
The spot-kick was awarded for David Ogilby's foul on John Martin and midfielder Andrew Kilmartin scored.
Distillery, now unbeaten in five matches, made it 2-0 when substitute Damien McLaughlin ran through to beat home keeper John Connolly.
