Francis Murphy had two shots saved in the Irish Cup game |
The Whites and Sky Blues have to do it all again after this Nationwide Irish Cup sixth round tie at New Grosvenor ended in stalemate. Distillery's Francis Murphy forced William McFrederick to make a superb save while Gary Haveron had the best of United's first-half openings.
Ballymena midfielder Garth Scates wasted a good chance after the break.
McFrederick was in fine form and kept out efforts from Darren Armour, Andrew Dickson and Murphy.
The replay will take place at the Ballymena Showgrounds on Wednesday night, with the game having a 7.45pm start.
The winners will be at home to First Division side Bangor in the quarter-finals.
