 Kevin Keegan has signed for Newry until the end of the season |
Former Glentoran winger Kevin Keegan signed for Newry City just before the January transfer window closed on Tuesday night. Keegan, who turned down the chance to move to Distillery after being released by Dungannon Swifts, has joined City until the end of the season.
Newry boss Paul Millar has also signed Robbie Farrell and Lee Feeney.
Meanwhile, Distillery have signed utility player Robert Casey from fellow Premier League club Armagh City.
Casey has signed a one-year contract with the New Grosvenor outfit.
Farrell joins Newry from Glenavon on a 'pay for play' deal with the striker being given six weeks to prove himself when he overcomes an injury.
Barry Curran has joined Finn Harps from Newry while Glenavon have signed goalkeeper James Gallagher.
Gallagher, a 26-year-old from Letterkenny, was previously on the books of Finn Harps.
Ards have completed the signing of striker Paul McDowell from Ballymena United.
