Coleraine duo complete Newry move

Former Coleraine skipper Pat McAllister is a natural-born leader
Coleraine pair Pat McAllister and Gerry Flynn completed their move to Newry City on Wednesday night.

Newry boss Roy McCreadie confirmed the coup as he boosts his rearguard for next season.

"Packie is a natural-born leader and hopefully he will continue that way and lead Newry by example next season," said McCreadie.

"Gerry is recognised as one of the best and most dependable left backs in the league. He will give us balance."

The duo could be part of the Newry squad that heads to Poland for a friendly conmpetition next month.
