Portadown must beat Eircom League champions Shelbourne at Shamrock Park on Monday night if they are to move to the top of Group B of the Setanta Cup.

After three matches the Ports currently trail Cork by two points with Shels a further point behind.

Shelbourne need to win to keep their hopes of reaching the final alive.

Manager Pat Fenlon must plan without suspended defenders Jamie Harris and David Crawley and striker Gary O'Neill who was injured against Longford.

Portadown manager Ronnie McFall will make a late check on the fitness of midfielder Kyle Neill who is struggling with a dead leg injury.

The clubs played out an entertaining 3-3 draw when they played at Tolka Park in their first meeting in the competition.
