Gareth Mullan scored a first half hat-
trick as Institute boss Liam Beckett got his reign off to a flying start. Mullan beat O'Hare from seven yards on 10 minutes, headed in Ryan McIlmoyle's cross after 13 minutes and fired in a right-foot shot off the post after 33.
Declan Divin added a header from a Ruairi Boyle cross before half-time and Tommy McCallion's right-foot shot past Davy O'Hare on 71 made the score 5-0.
Ciaran Ferry scored two consolation goals in the dying minutes of the game.
