Terry Fitzpatrick equalised eight minutes from time to secure a Carnegie Premier league point for Dungannon at Stangmore Park. David Scullion's curling finish put Dungannon in front on nine minutes.
Darren Armour levelled after 63 minutes when he lobbed keeper Gavin Cushley and the Whites went ahead 12 minutes later through John Martin's 18-yard strike.
But Fitzpatrick's diving header from a Kevin Keegan cross made it all-square.
Swifts forward Scullion was the main threat in the first half and he sent two 18-yard efforts wide after scoring the opener.
The Co Tyrone side remain unbeaten but have slipped one place to fifth in the table.
