Chris Morgan came off the bench to hit Glentoran's equaliser |
Glentoran needed a controversial 75th minute penalty to earn a 2-2 CIS Cup draw against Armagh at the Oval. Armagh claimed that Chris Morgan's spot-kick had not crossed the line after coming off the underside of the bar but their protests were ignored.
