Holland will not be back
Mark Holland of Lisburn Distillery
Striker Mark Holland joined the Whites from Killyleagh YC in 2001
Lisburn Distillery's disgruntled striker Mark Holland says he will not be going back to New Grosvenor.

Efforts to patch up the dispute between the walk-out striker and Whites boss Paul Kirk have failed.

''I got a phone call inviting me to talks and I agreed,'' said Holland. ''But only assistant manager Ronnie Cromie was there to discuss matters.

''I would have been prepared to go back had the manager agreed to withdraw some hurtful comments made in the papers.''

Cliftonville had made a cash offer for Holland who is back playing for Amateur League club Killyleagh YC from where he moved back in 2001.
