Linfield offer contract to Mackey
Linfield manager David Jeffrey
David Jeffrey will place conditions on Ben Mackey's contract offer
Former Coventry City striker Ben Mackey will be offered a contract by Linfield when they return from their Uefa Cup first leg tie against Halmstad.

Manager David Jeffrey has set conditions on the deal however.

The 20-year-old must meet two criteria, namely that he must attain a better level of fitness and must move to Northern Ireland as part of the deal.

Mackey's trial period came to an end after the Blues' 3-0 friendly win over Sligo Rovers on Saturday.
